The Texas Music Office (TMO) and the City of Navasota will co-host a Virtual Music Friendly Community Workshop on Monday.
TMO Community Relations and Outreach Specialist Chip Adams will join us in a virtual workshop set at 9:00am to discuss and answer questions about the Music Friendly Community designation.
Participation in TMO’s Music Friendly Communities Program provides communities in Texas with a network that fosters the growth of the music industry, sending a message that accredited communities want to attract and develop the growth of the music industry.
A Navasota workshop is the first step in the certification process. Upon completion, Navasota will join over 30 other Texas cities that have earned the Music Friendly designation.
Musicians, venues and the general public can also participate in workshops online. Below is the information to log into the meeting.
