Motivation 101: How Words Can Change Your Life | Health

If you were asked, “How are you?”, what would you say? Let’s chalk it up to the most likely “I’m fine.” If anything, it sounds boring and to death! Could we be more creative with this? How about “wonderful”, “fantastic”, “fabulous”? These words may sound like an exaggerated response, but according to leading coaches and mental health experts, such superlatives tend to have a tangible impact on the people you interact with. there is.

You exist in an energy soup with many facets of energy such as vibrations, frequencies, sounds and thought forms. Our consciousness is changing so that we can interact with and react to these fields. The human form is but one facet of your true being. I know how silly it sounds to be a three-dimensional human being because what you see feels so real and tangible. knows each dimension inhabited by and makes available through intuition and synchronicity. We humans do this with thoughts and ideas that impose limits on ourselves and create patterns of self-destruction.

Is it possible to live a richer life by changing the way we think and speak? Is there a way to program the mind? The universe is a kind of “mind” (or Boltzmann brain!), and everything arises from thought, as Descartes argues. We think, therefore we are! Esoteric teachings tell us that we are the universe, but how can we understand such a concept?

who are we really? Are we angels, demons, or both?

In his book The Wisdom of Anxiety, Alan Watts says that we can all imagine ourselves as demons with sinister intentions in our hearts, but logically, we are actually We have to agree that it is most likely not satanic at all, but we are “demonic in words and deeds. Nietzsche showed profound wisdom when he said that there is more knowledge in the human body than in all libraries combined. Yes! Always listen to your body.

For example, when you feel sadness in your body, you have to experience that feeling until it is absorbed. The thoughts we feel and the words we utter add to our emotional output.

But what does sad mean? Am I sadder than her or him? You can compare, but comparing yourself to others is a bad idea. Who is better and who is happier? All this is subjective. If you keep reaffirming your sadness, what else will you be?

Very Easy Meditation I am not an adjective!

    Examine and study its meaning.

Say I’m sad, sit quietly and observe how your body feels. What do you feel? Each breath brings awareness to your body, allowing the full spectrum of emotions to permeate your being without any label. Shift focus and go to step 2.

Now I feel sad, try to observe the difference. Does recognizing grief as a temporary emotion rather than a permanent state help? Does it lighten the load?

I am greedy can be tested by contrasting sensations with I feel greedy at times. By using these word associations, you realize that although you can’t help but be greedy at times, you aren’t greedy by nature. Feelings of greed can be balanced with positive thoughts and self-esteem, but believing that you are greedy creates a negative self-image that hinders your development and growth. There is a possibility.

Another way to express negative associations is to replace negative words with harmful connotations with softer words. Instead of telling yourself you are greedy, say I can receive. By refraining from saying negative things about yourself and actually believing them, you can shift your perspective and build your confidence. Confidence is accepting and trusting yourself, the irrefutable evidence of personal growth. I learned to assess my strengths and weaknesses in a no-frills manner.

There is a famous anecdote used by celebrity life coach Tony Robbins. This anecdote tells the story of a Navy SEAL commander who said “good” whenever a problem arose, helping his brain focus on finding the strengths in the situation rather than the weaknesses. This made him focus on solutions rather than problems. So remember, it’s all good!

When you finally look into the abyss of the unconscious, a mirror-like image emerges, reflecting your own beliefs and ideologies. The judgments we form about certain things reflect us (if you get what I mean) rather than what we actually are.

Our ego blinds us, and our own mental projections manifest themselves as external manifestations as obstacles and challenges. Just a chimera of our own unsolved problems. If the mental projection is from a place of self-love, we experience things with amazement and joy, but if we are projecting imperfect self-love, we deceive ourselves. It makes us believe in this world with the worst people.

Some terms are associated with the concept of sinful evil in your mind, and this is what causes “judgment” to form. It can be helpful to remember how you taught it in a situation. You can write about this and burn it and blow it into the air. You can also think about those concepts and draw them out of your body. Identify where in your body you feel pain when you are hurt or what you think about. I was taught. Gently tap those emotional triggers and remember, it’s all good!

Be kind to yourself and watch what you say! Self-deprecating comments hurt your sense of self. So you have to be careful with your words. They don’t call it just spelling! It’s a spell you cast on yourself with each utterance. In fact, even destructive thoughts can foster feelings of anxiety and frustration, so training the mind to expel toxicity equals emotional grounding and progress.
