An annual survey of more than 4,000 electric vehicle drivers by EV charging app Zap-Map found that 29% have installed solar panels in their homes, seven times the national average of 4.1%.
The survey also revealed that more than 1 in 10 EV drivers have a home battery that stores electricity.
