A replica of the throne inside the stadium will become a permanent fixture to celebrate patients who have completed their treatment

“We are delighted to partner with Atrium Health to bring one of Charlotte FC’s most beloved traditions to Levine Children’s Hospital,” said CLTFC President Joe LaBue. We look to the throne to empower us to win, and we hope that this addition to the discharge process will do the same, encouraging and empowering the new generation of kings and queens in our region. increase.”
The new throne will be displayed alongside a replica Carolina Panthers “Keep Pounding” drum, creating multiple opportunities for families and patients to commemorate the momentous occasion of being discharged from the hospital.
Carrie Keuten, event coordinator for Atrium Health Levine Children’s Hospital, said: “No one wants to be hospitalized and it’s a tough situation, especially for children. That’s why our goal is always to provide timely and best care so that children can go home as soon as possible.” Having such a unique way to celebrate our return will have a meaningful impact on each family.”
