BrandShield Systems PLC said Tuesday that 2022 revenue increased year-on-year due to an expanding customer base and an increase in new business.
The London-listed cybersecurity company said its annual recurring revenue in 2022 was up 60% to $8.4 million, with a 55% increase in new business and upsells. Commercial revenue increased 55% to $6.4 million.
The company ended the period with a cash reserve of $2.6 million, the people said.
BrandShield says its customer base has grown 41% to 183 companies.

Shares at 0815 GMT were up 0.40 pence, or 7.8%, to 5.50 pence.
