We all want to be better, more successful, better friends, partners and spouses in everything we do. I want to win employee awards, have a great work-life balance, and enjoy life to the fullest. And of course, we forgot that we also want to be super healthy, eat healthy, and have this loft overlooking the entire city.
What if I told you that no matter what you wanted to eat, it all started with the same ingredients? No matter what you want to achieve in life, there is one secret ingredient that can help you achieve it. What if the answer to every question is there, but you’ve been ignoring it because you think it’s all nonsense and the path to Kum-Ba-Yah?
Let me tell you that it all starts with knowing yourself. Based on this knowledge, you can overcome your fears, achieve your goals, and find happiness. I’m not talking about knowing your height, weight, or food allergies (although all of these are also relevant of course). I’m talking about knowing your hidden desires, your values, your life purpose, and what Mind Valley’s Vishen Rakiani calls the so-called “rule of the bull,” ‘brûlée’. These are the rules that prevent you from living a fulfilling life. It is this little voice that tells us what to do and what not to do.
To better understand what self-awareness is, take a look at the chart below by Harvard Business Review from Dr. Tasha Eurich’s article. This will help you assess your level of self-awareness, and based on that, you’ll know in which areas you’d like to invest more time in terms of training or self-study.

Different types also fit well into the image of the house’s inhabitants. Imagine if the people mentioned above lived in a house. where do they live
1) Job Seekers: Find them on the 1st floor.
They hadn’t found the way up yet. They live on his ground floor, which may not have a great view, but you’ll run into a lot of other residents because all your neighbors have to go through that level. Neighbors may want to invite them upstairs to see what’s there and see what else there is.
2) Introspectors: To find them, you need to go up to the 2nd or 3rd floor.
The Introspector began to rise and made an effort. This is the first step and this is the beginning of all self-development journeys. keep going!
3) Delighted: Hard to find, but once you see it, you will definitely find it. Almost top floor!
Preeter will look great. If they are homeowners, they probably have a beautiful front yard. However, it may look disorganized inside. I still have some hesitation about digging deep and touching on a topic that might be scary. Rome wasn’t built in a day.
4) Aware: Did someone mention a loft with a rooftop terrace?
This is where the magic happens! The journey of self-development does not end here, but it takes a lot of dedication, courage, perseverance and strength to get to this point. Also, it can be a little lonely because there aren’t many lofts. Living on the top floor comes with a price that you must be willing to pay. All I can say is he’s 100% sure it’s worth it.
The only questions you need to ask yourself right now are:
What floor would you like to live on and how much time would you invest?
